The Trustees members of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Canada gathered for the annual Trustees’ Lunch at the Residence of the Ambassador of Spain in Ottawa, in an event marked by warm hospitality and a spirit of close collaboration between the two countries.
The lunch provided an excellent opportunity to exchange perspectives on the Canada–Spain relationship and discuss key sectors driving bilateral collaboration, including infrastructure, energy, tourism, food and beverage, among other areas of shared interest. Trustees engaged in candid conversations about emerging opportunities and challenges in these industries, highlighting the value of sustained dialogue between business leaders and institutional representatives in advancing economic ties between the two nations.
We also reflected on the recent visit of His Majesty The King of Spain to Canada, a milestone that further strengthened the ties between our two countries and reinforced the momentum for economic and institutional cooperation. The visit was widely regarded as a turning point in the bilateral relationship, opening new avenues for collaboration across multiple sectors and reaffirming the longstanding friendship between Spain and Canada.

Los miembros Trustees de la Cámara de Comercio de España en Canadá se reunieron en el tradicional Almuerzo Anual de Trustees, celebrado en la Residencia del Embajador de España en Ottawa, en un encuentro marcado por la cálida hospitalidad y el espíritu de estrecha colaboración entre ambos países.
El almuerzo brindó una excelente oportunidad para intercambiar perspectivas sobre la relación entre Canadá y España, así como para abordar los sectores clave que impulsan la colaboración bilateral, entre ellos infraestructura, energía, turismo, alimentación y bebidas, además de otras áreas de interés mutuo.
