The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Canada was delighted to be hosted by DLA Piper, one of the world’s leading global business law firms, for an insightful event focused on the current climate of political and economic uncertainty across Canada, the United States, and beyond.
With over 4,900 lawyers in more than 90 offices across 50+ countries—including a strong presence in both Spain and Canada—DLA Piper brings unmatched global expertise to the business law landscape. Their Canadian offices, totaling around 300 lawyers in five locations, are celebrating an important milestone this year: the 10th anniversary of DLA Piper Canada, following the firm’s 2015 combination with a Canadian firm founded in 1892.
This year also marks 20 years since DLA Piper’s global formation, which included its Madrid office as one of the original founding locations. Today, that office has grown to over 100 lawyers and serves as a central hub for Spain, Portugal, and Latin America.
