Our participation at SIAL 2025 came to life not only through great products but also through the vibrant energy and dedication of the teams who represented each Spanish brand. We captured a series of “before and after” moments showing the transformation of our booths — from empty spaces the day before the opening to fully set-up showcases of Spanish excellence on opening day.
Fruveco
Before: An empty but promising space waiting to represent Murcia’s agricultural heritage.

After: The booth came alive with two enthusiastic Fruveco representatives welcoming visitors and sharing their frozen vegetable innovations.

Lord Spices
Before: An undecorated stall, soon to reflect a century of spice tradition.

After: A warm and professional setting with Joaquín and Luis Berral, brothers and proud custodians of their family’s spice legacy.

Apex Trades
Before: A blank canvas ready for storytelling.

After: A polished, welcoming booth with Leticia Saricyan on hand to share their specialty food lines and vision for bringing authentic Spanish products to Canada.

Solfarmers & Redondo Iglesias
Before: A space in progress, soon to highlight premium Iberian products.

After: A lively, product-filled space hosted by Solfarmers, with Redondo Iglesias showcasing a live ham-cutting station, adding traditional Spanish flair and aroma that drew constant interest throughout the fair.

These booths were more than setups — they were platforms where stories, tastes, and cultures met and mingled. The effort and commitment of every company were key in making this participation a success.
