During the fair, we also visited the impressive booth of the European Union, which was part of a European promotional project organized by our friend and colleague Anne Poppof, Director of the Belgium-Canada Business Chamber, part of the European Chambers Group, of which the Spanish Chamber is also a member. Their presence further highlighted the international scope of SIAL and the shared commitment to food innovation and sustainability across Europe.
